Quick steps to capture and share.

Install Extension

Install the Cursor Screenshot extension and copy your API token from the "API Token" tab above.

Capture

Use Cmd+Shift+1 (full screen), Cmd+Shift+2 (area), or Cmd+Shift+3 (native) to capture screenshots.

Annotate

Click "Annotate" on any screenshot to draw, add boxes, or add text annotations.

Share

Copy the URL or click "Copy to Chat" to paste directly into Cursor chat.

API Token

Authenticate uploads and API requests.

Current token

Keep this private. Use this token to authenticate the Cursor extension.

How to use this token:

Click "Copy" above
Go back to Cursor
Press Cmd+Shift+P
Type "Paste Authentication Token"
Paste the token when prompted
